Master Cleanse - Round 2 - Day 7

After not losing any weight for the last few days, I read the bulletin boards to read other people’s experiences with weight loss and the master cleanse.There was loads of discussion on curezone.com/forums. From the discussions on here, I decided to drop the flush over the weekend and reduce the amount of maple syrup.

The last few days, I’ve boon making the concentrate every morning by juicing 4 to 6 lemons to get about 250 ml lemon juice, mixing this with 250ml Meridian Organic Maple Syrup which is US grade B and half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Throughout the day, this is mixed with water at approximately 1 part concentrate to 5 parts water. It makes about 3 to 3.5 litres of lemonade. Today, I’ve reduced the amount of maple syrup to about 175ml.

I weighted myself first thing in the morning and weighted 137lbs, that’s 3 lbs less than yesterday evening. I also weighted myself at 8pm, as that’s about the same time as I’ve been weighting myself previously and I weighed 140lbs. Gutted. How is that possible. All I’ve had today is 4 pints of lemonade.  How the hell does that amount to putting on 3lbs!!! I haven’t even had the time to drink additional water or peppermint.

I measured myself as well, and I haven’t lost any inches anywhere. How is that possible? I know your metabolic rate slows down on the fast due to lack of food, but slowing down so that I can maintain my current weight on less than 500 calories/day. If my metabolism is this efficient, shopping is going to be very cheap from now on.

Weight at 8pm: 140 lbs
