Today has been very difficult. I woke up this morning in a lot of pain with my muscles, must be delayed pain from the run. Have found it very difficult to move and its days like this that I appreciate the desk job.
I did the flush and the lemonade and the tea as I should. I started getting cravings in the evening for just about anything. Lemonade and peppermint tea just weren’t doing the job, but I still didn’t give in. Quite a way to go yet. I’m just going to have to get used to going without food. The hardest thing is making the kids dinner and not picking at stuff, which is a really bad habit at the best of times.
No exercise today. There is no way my body is up to it.
Weight at 7pm: 140lbs still. gutted:-(
I’m feeling really disheartened.
